ABOUT TDC
Founded in 2018, The Diamond Campaign (TDC) was established as the result of the realization that confidence impacts the way we show up in all aspects of our lives, whether it’s socially, academically, professionally, or emotionally. We recognized that taking control of insecurities enables us to be better positioned for success and allows for true growth and self-awareness.
Since its inception, TDC has impacted hundreds of Black women through community events, workshops, and service initiatives. We are committed to helping our diamonds embrace their true selves by strengthening their cut, color, carat, and clarity.

MISSION AND VISION
The Diamond Campaign creates a community for Black women to embrace their unique cut (body image), color (personal brand), carat (self-worth), and clarity (vision for the future).

We envision a world in which all Black women are confident enough in themselves to pursue their passions and lead boldly, beautifully, and brightly.
