The Diamond Academy

An intimate development experience to help Black women shine personally and professionally!

The Diamond Academy (TDA) is a six-month development program providing Black women with resources and a community dedicated to personal and professional development.

​

Participants of TDA attend monthly sessions that focus on topics related to our 4 pillars: cut (body image), color (personal brand), carat (self- worth), and clarity (vision for the future).

  • Black women

  • Members of The Diamond Campaign

  • Between the ages of 22 and 29

  • Located in Chicago, IL
