  • What differentiates TDC from similar organizations?
    We are an organization that was created for us, by us! TDC is unique in that the members of the team are positioned to address the specific challenges that our community members face because we too are facing those challenges. As young Black women in our 20s navigating our own lives, we are able to understand, relate and help those that are doing the same.
  • Who are TDC members?
    Young, Black professional women (Ages 22-29)
  • How do I join TDC?
    To become an official member, you must fill out our membership form and create an online portal.
  • What are the benefits of becoming a TDC member?
    TDC members, or Diamonds, have access to: A community of young professional Black women that are looking to grow and develop and connect with others similar to them The Diamond Academy, our primary program dedicated to providing members with a tailored six-month workshop curriculum focused on the 4Cs Exclusive resources, which include relevant and timely guides that aim to help our members navigate their personal and professional lives Special events and workshops, such as networking opportunities, speaker events, educational sessions and more
  • Does it cost to become a member?
    For the 2021-2022 organization year, membership is free! However, Diamonds that choose to remain members or those that join after the 2021-2022 will be required to pay a small membership fee that will be disclosed at a date.
